My most recent role was Senior Manager of Content and Corporate Communications at contract lifecycle management software provider Agiloft. Here’s what I did for Agiloft:

Copywriting & Marketing Content
- Managed Content Team, budget and agencies to create consistent, branded content for public relations, website, social media, events, campaigns and all other channels
- Built and executed strategy to drive demand and awareness, feeding lead pipeline with calendar of content for buying stages and personas, including thought leadership articles, webinars, blogs, email, video, white papers, slides, infographics and more
- Completed brand refresh to elevate business profile across all marketing channels
- Tracked website, social and content KPIs to guide strategy and content
Public Relations

- Led all public and media relations alongside agencies, writers and editors to secure coverage for product announcements, events, company news and other PR campaigns
- Increased coverage in legal technology press through press releases, bylines, SME interviews, podcasts and events

- As the Director of Content at GoWorx, I developed the brand voice and produced all the written content for GoWorx.com
- My work included 85+ product pages, category pages, SEO-driven blog posts and social media content








Community Marketing Manager (contract)
Adventure Scientists
- Managed content calendar and social media channels, engaging an international audience of over 20K followers including donors, scientists and volunteers
- Wrote and curated stories and media for a weekly Field Notes blog, distributing posts through social media and email campaigns
- Completed Adventure Scientists’ Annual Reports for 2015 & 2016, collaborating with staff, graphic designer and executive director


Content Manager (contract)
U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association
- Wrote, edited and distributed 5-10 press releases a day to follow up World Cup, Olympic and other national and international events
- Created Facebook and Twitter content for all five USSA teams while adhering to the USSA’s overall social media strategy, style guide and brand voice for each team
- Contributed to donor fundraising campaigns with video athlete interviews, articles, biography pages and other content


Content Specialist
Backcountry.com
- Created standard “camp and hike” product voice and rolled out across department
- Wrote 75+ product descriptions a week for all seven Backcountry brands
- Completed creative content briefs for campaigns, writing compelling banner ad, email and landing page copy to boost email opens, click-throughs and sales
- Collaborated with athletes, photographers and other writers to publish adventure blog posts and product-tested gear guides for camp and hike campaigns
